Do people commit sin in the eyes of the Lord if they never have children?

It’s not a sin. Some women cannot have children even if they want to. If having children was a requirement for salvation, we wouldn’t need the Savior; we would be saved by our works.

  • John 3:5-7 “Jesus replied, “I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of WATER AND THE SPIRIT. Humans can reproduce only human life, but THE HOLY SPIRIT GIVES BIRTH TO SPIRITUAL LIFE. So don’t be surprised when I say, ‘You must be born again.’”

We are saved only by FAITH in the TRUTH = Jesus Christ. He commanded us to repent from our sins. Therefore, those with true faith, repent. Those who don’t repent have no faith.

  • Luke 13:2-5 “Do you think those Galileans were worse sinners than all the other people from Galilee?” Jesus asked. “Is that why they suffered? Not at all! And you will perish, too, UNLESS YOU REPENT of your sins and turn to God. And what about the eighteen people who died when the tower in Siloam fell on them? Were they the worst sinners in Jerusalem? No, and I tell you again that UNLESS YOU REPENT, you will perish, too.”

Romans 4:4–8 “When people work, their wages are not a gift, but something they have earned. But people are counted as righteous, NOT because of their work, but because of their FAITH in God who forgives sinners. David also spoke of this when he described the happiness of those who are DECLARED RIGHTEOUS WITHOUT WORKING FOR IT: “Oh, what joy for those whose disobedience is forgiven, whose sins are put out of sight. Yes, what joy for those whose record the Lord has cleared of sin.”

  • Psalm 32:3–11 “WHEN I REFUSED TO CONFESS MY SIN, my body wasted away, and I groaned all day long. Day and night your hand of discipline was heavy on me. My strength evaporated like water in the summer heat. Interlude Finally, I confessed all my sins to you and stopped trying to hide my guilt. I said to myself, “I will confess my rebellion to the Lord.” And you forgave me! ALL MY GUILT IS GONE. Interlude Therefore, let all the godly pray to you while there is still time, that they may not drown in the floodwaters of judgment. For you are my hiding place; you protect me from trouble. You surround me with songs of victory. Interlude The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you. Do not be like a senseless horse or mule that needs a bit and bridle to keep it under control.” Many sorrows come to the wicked, but unfailing love surrounds those who trust the Lord. So rejoice in the Lord and be glad, all you who obey him! Shout for joy, all you whose hearts are pure!”

Luke 23:27–32 “A large crowd trailed behind, including many grief-stricken women. But Jesus turned and said to them, “Daughters of Jerusalem, don’t weep for me, but weep for yourselves and for your children. For the days are coming when they will say, ‘Fortunate indeed are the women who are childless, the wombs that have not borne a child and the breasts that have never nursed.’ People will beg the mountains, ‘Fall on us,’ and plead with the hills, ‘Bury us.’For if these things are done when the tree is green, what will happen when it is dry?”
